  1. This is all answered in our new starter checklist and documentation, links for which were emailed to you when you registered and are available on your Orwell dashboard. We encourage you to thoroughly read all the documentation. Initial callsigns take 24 hours to approve, after which you can access VDS to setup your routes. The trail has access to almost all features. The limitations of the trial are again answered in our documentation.
  2. Please completely close and restart Pegasus and try again. If that doesn't resolve the issue the. Contact your VA for further support
  3. Hmm yes it shouldn't have got stuck there. We'll look into it for you and come back soon
  4. Forums are managed from Orwell https://orwell.vamsys.io/management/invision
  5. Hi Ben! Discord: The pilot registration link is only active once you've started a subscription, but you can manually add your staff team by following step 13 in the new starter checklist: https://community.vamsys.io/knowledgebase/welcome/new-virtual-airline-checklist-r79/
  6. Just to add to what Chris said, if there is something you can't configure, drop us a support ticket or a message on our discord server and we'll point you in the right direction. I have checked over your VA and the only features not currently available are the batch importers system, which will become available at 20:44z tomorrow, along with the ability to start a subscription, but there is nothing that you can't setup and configure on your VA that I can see. You dont need to start a subscription to use the importers. We have intentionally made it so you have access to everything in trial so you can fully setup and trial our platform yourself, without restrictions, so you know exactly what you're getting before subscribing. (You also don't have a pilot registration link yet which is the only part that requires a subscription, but there's still plenty to configure before you start having pilots join you)
  7. No, there is no limit (other than the actual numbers in that country) If you put too many airports into a single area it will have a significant impact on the VDS dashboard loading times however.
  8. We have a short article on using the stats api to display information on your own website: Other than that, unfortunately we are unable to offer any specific assistance
  9. In answer to point 2, you can suggest the idea on our ideas and bug tracking platform, https://bugzilla.vamsys.io In the mean time, some of our VAs use the honorary ranks to award pilots for completing task, however they could only have one at a time.
  10. You can import your fleet and routes into vamsys, though you will need to change the files to match our required format. It is not possible to import a pilot database or flight history but you can award hours and points to those pilots, allowing them to keep their ranks. This is not a feature in vamsys, pilots need to book their own flights.
  11. There is no "virtual money" system in vamsys and pilots do not get paid. Pilots are awarded with points, bonus points, and flight hours. These are used to award ranks.
  12. The topic of custom stylesheets is covered here: There are plenty of guides online about how CSS works and how to look for elements you can modify. We don't provide any documentation or support for this
